Born in Louisville to the late Charles and Gloria Nicoulin, Frank was a veteran of the Army National Guard, and had served as past Commander and Bar Chairman of the American Legion Shawnee Post 193 for 20 years.
Frank was preceded in death by his wife of 39 years Edythe Stine Nicoulin and his sister Pamela Benson. He is survived by his sons Frank Nicoulin Jr (Yvonne) and Joseph Nicoulin; brothers Charles “Nicky” Nicoulin, Greg Nicoulin, and Kenny Nicoulin; and a sister, Judy Dant.
His funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm Monday, November 17 at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Blvd, followed by burial at Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Sunday, November 16.
