Frank was a native of Verona, New Jersey and served in the army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Marie.
Frank is survived by his wife of 52 years, Carol Hill Palazzolo; children, Marie Parsley (Marty), Mark Palazzolo, Laura Ferfecki (Dennis); 5 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; brother, Joseph Palazzolo (Cathy); and sister Nan Casano (Tony).
All services are private. Memorial donations in his name may be made to Hosparus of Louisville. Evergreen Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
