He is survived by his daughter, Pat Brewer (Jim), two grandchildren: Len Miles and Jaime Brewer, two sisters and two brothers, and many good friends. A very special thank you to Len, Jessye, Pam and Charlie for being special guardian angels.
Fred is preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Hines, two sisters and three brothers.
Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, May 12, 2014 at 2:00pm in Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road with interment in Resthaven Memorial Park.
Visitation will be on Sunday, May 11, 2014 from 2:00 to 8:00 pm.
