Fred Mehl Miller, 81 of Louisville, passed away on January 3, 2015, with family by his side. He was retired from Tube Turns with over 26 years of service. Fred was a veteran having served in the U S Army. He was a member of the Order of Foresters and the United Steel Workers of America.
He was preceded in death by his son Kevin Miller in 2006.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Mark Miller, Kim (Eric) Heston, Paul and Todd Miller; brothers, Austin (Lucille) and Jack Miller; his sister, Nina (Jr.) Shipp; his longtime companion, Cheryl Johnson; and eleven grandchildren Jeffrey, Melody, Ty, Bethany, Kelsey, Evan, Brandon, Kailey, Josh, Hannah and Jonah and one great-granddaughter, Audrianna also survive him.
A Life Celebration will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at noon, at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road with interment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2-8 p.m.
