She was a bus driver for handicap children for Jefferson Community Public Schools.
Gemma is survived by her parents; sister, Angel Saltsman (Wayne); brother, James Gibson (Roxanne); nieces, Taylor and Kailey Gibson; grandmother, Scottie Gibson; 2 uncles; and close friends, Cherry Watson and Megan Lee.
There will be a funeral service at noon, Friday, May 30, 2014 at Evergreen Funeral Home, with cremation to follow service. Visitation will be from 2-8pm on Thursday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to American Cancer Society, Humane Society, or Dare to Care.
