Mr. Miller was a retired truck driver and a member of Teamster Local Union # 89.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Janice E. Miller Left to cherish his memory are his children, Angie Heil (Tommy), Natalie Miller (Kevin), Lori Manalo (Les), George Miller (Tracy) and Stephanie Burnett (Aaron); siblings, Wilma, Patti, Virginia, Ralph, Norman; 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A service to celebrate George's life will be held noon Thursday at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and after 10 a.m. Thursday until the time of the service.
The family would like to request that memorial donations in George's name be directed to the family.
