He was born August 23, 1956 in Louisville to Donald Clifford and Gladys Leona Kelly Bouchard, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded by a sister, Dolly Dunaway. Jerry was the part owner of Quality Vending.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife, Pamela; son, Steven Erik Bouchard (Emma); Sisters, Donna Kay Dalton, Teresa Musselman (Bob), and Mary Ransdell (Greg); Brothers, Donald Bouchard (Janice) and Joe Bouchard (Pettie); along with multiple nieces, nephews and extended family. Also, his "second baby", Jacques.
A celebration of life service will be held at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Road on Thursday, June 7 at 2:00PM in the funeral home chapel. Visitation will be from 10:00AM to service time at 2:00PM Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Tunnel Hill Cemetery in Edwardsville, IN.
The family requests that memorial gifts can be made to the ASPCA.
