Gerald Shelby (Jerry) Browning, 80, was born on November 4, 1936 to the late William Shelby and Vernon (Willis) Browning, and passed from this life on October 22, 2017. Jerry was a retired minister and a former associate with Dignity Memorial. Left to cherish his memories are his daughters, Bethany Calvo Buides, Michelle Browning, Becky Browning, and Mari Risley; a son, Michael Browning; sister, Linda Lou Nally; brother, Ronnie Browning; and 9 grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Saturday October 28, 2017 at 10 am at Cave Hill Cemetery with burial to follow. There is no visitation. The family is in the care of the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son 3601 Taylor Blvd.
