Geraldene P. Earl

Geraldene P. Earl, 84, of Louisville, passed away May 24, 2018. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and homemaker. She was born August 22, 1933 in Russell Springs, Kentucky to the late Kirby Popplewell and Bonnie Miller Popplewell. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 64 years, John Earl Sr.; children, Linda Alvey(Gary), John Earl Jr.(Stella), and Patricia Zeller(Joe); grandchildren, Kristy Grieser(Mike), April Wilson(Jeff), Eddie Hohmann, Craig Earl(Octavia), Chasity Newberry(Shawn), and Shelby Zeller; 7 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Jean Hicks and Anna Rexroat(Lance). Funeral service will be 12pm Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Evergreen Funeral Home with interment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8pm Monday. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations in Geraldene's name be made to the American Heart Association.
