She was preceded in death by her parents James M. and Christine Thornhill Basham.
Surviving her are her children, Kim (Jacques) King and Lee (Angela) Leet; four grandchildren, Jamie, Julia, Zack and Brennan, and many friends from the Puritan Apartments.
There will be a Memorial Prayer Service on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at the Puritan Apartments, 1244 S. 4th Street, Louisville, KY 40203 at 3 p.m., with a gathering of family and friends from 1:30 till 3 p.m. in the Garden Court Room.
