Gertrude is a graduate of Louisville Central High School Class of 1948 ½. Gertrude retired from Jewish Hospital after many years of service. She is a member of Burnett Avenue Baptist Church.
Gertrude was the last remaining member of the immediate family she was born to. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Wanda Porter, son, Steven Clark, and grandson Quan Porter.
Gertrude is survived by, sons Marion Clark Jr, Hildred Clark, daughters, Mildred Townsend, Glenora (Daniel) Henley; her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service will be at her church Burnett Avenue Baptist on Tuesday June 25th at 12 p.m., Visitation 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
