Gregory Thomas “Cog” Coghill, Sr. 65, of South Louisville passed from this life on Tuesday December 15, 2015. Greg was retired from the security business and was an Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his son, Gregory Coghill, Jr., and a brother Stevie Coghill. He is survived by his wife the former Suzanne Ferguson Coghill; his children, James, Matthew, and Harley Coghill, & Jennifer, Regina, and J. R. Harrison; sisters, Barbara Manero and Cathy Anderson; and 8 grandchildren. Funeral service with military honors for Greg will be held at noon on Saturday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. Cremation to follow with inurnment on Monday at 10 am in Pennsylvania Run Cemetery. A celebration of Greg’s life will be held from 2-8 pm on Friday at the funeral home.
