Harriet was a retired office manager for an accounting firm in Chicago, IL and a current member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings; Lester, Leona , Patricia, Leonard, and Ralph Rutshaw.
Harriet is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Ed Kujawa, 3 siblings; Lorraine Marrese (Barbara Luckett), Alice Tripas (James), and Arthur Rutshaw (Karen Patterson), her sister-in-law Mary Kay Kujawa, nieces and nephews; Michael, Pamela, Chris, Cindy, Patty, and Coreen.
A visitation will be held Tuesday 2-6 pm with a memorial service at 6 pm, officiated by Father Bill Hammer in the chapel of Arch L. Heady-Cralle, 2428 Frankfort Ave.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy are requested to the Kentucky Humane Society.
