She was preceded in death by her husband, Elwood A. Robinson.

She was a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church.

She is survived by her children, Elwood, Jr., Donald, Barkley Robinson, Harriet Garrison, brother, George Hutchison; sister, Harriett Collins; grandchildren, Alex Robinson, Lane Garrison, Lavon Marie Merritt, Donald Robinson, Jr., Whitney Robinson, Andrew Robinson, Kelsey Robinson, Shelby Rivera and Madesyn Hasting-Robinson; and great-grandchildren, Krystal Parker, Austin Merritt, Brent Garrison, Mia Garrison, Logan Garrison, Uriah Robinson and Ryan Birchfield.

There will be a memorial service 2 p.m., February 7, 2012 at the Rosewood Funeral Home 601 Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, VA, with burial at the Rosewood Cemetery.
