She is preceded in death by her son Charles Meredith.
Henrietta is survived by her husband Wayne Meredith, their son Russell Meredith(Stephanie), sisters, Minnie Gibson and Julie Bush, in-laws, Butch and Vicki Meredith, Stanley Meredith and Marilyn and Ronnie Ward. She is also survived by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A funeral service to celebrate her life will be conducted at 12 noon on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 3-8pm on Monday August 10, 2015 and after 9am the day of the funeral.
