Henry retired from Phillip Morris after 35 years of service.
Henry is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Suzanne Douthat; children, Dale Douthat (Dawn) and Tina Marreez (Yehia M.D.); grandchildren, Rachel Donelson, Nadia Al-Idani, Laila Morsli, Omar Marreez, and Farrah Marreez; and 10 siblings.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Henry at 2pm Friday, November 29, 2013 at Evergreen Funeral Home, with entombment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:30am-2pm on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be directed to Hosparus of Louisville.
