He was born on April 14, 1942 in Spencer County, KY to the late Herman and Ailene Kelien.
Rodney is also preceded in death by his sister, Daphne Campanell; and brother, Bernice McCallister.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Kelien; sons, Steve Kelien (Michele); David Kelien; daughter, Barbara Osburn; grandchildren, Stacy Kelien Vanover (Corey), Bradley Osburn and Julia Osburn; and a host of nephews and nieces.
A private entombment will be held at Resthaven Memorial Park.
