Holly was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Clark; brothers, Christopher, David, and Jimmy Clark; and her stepfather, Rhondell Fulkerson. She is survived by her husband, Steven M. Green; daughters, Stephanie Green and Kady Green; and her mother, Janice Fulkerson.
Holly was a graduate of Western High School as well as Jefferson Community & Technical College. Holly cared for many patients through out her years as a cardiac cath lab nurse and home health care nurse. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother and friend who will be missed dearly by all who was blessed to know her.
Funeral service will be 10am Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Evergreen Funeral Home with entombment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 2pm-8pm Friday at the funeral home. Memorial donations in Holly's memory can be made to Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation.
