Mr. Phillips was a mason.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years Martha Conway Phillips; children Patricia Wathen (Kevin), Kathy Phillips, Bonnie Caplinger (Dave), Hardy Phillips (Karla), Karen Phillips (Jeff), Donald Phillips (Pat); brother Bob Phillips; grandchildren Amy, Paul, DJ, Matt, and Brittany; great-grandchildren Zach, Holly, Grayson.
His funeral service will 10:00 A.M. Friday at Arch L Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Okolona. Burial Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation 4-8 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
