Ina Ann Pruitt Radcliffe

Mrs. Radcliffe was born August 17, 1925, to her parents, Basil and Cora Murley Pruitt, in Tompkinsville, KY. Her parents and her siblings Mary Fultz, Roy Pruitt, Alma Axe, and Iva McWhorter preceded her in death.

Ina was a longtime personal caregiver, having served many families over her years of dedicated service. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and a member of the Ormsby Heights Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughters, Martha Williams and Felicia Warner (Richard); her son, James Black (Susan); her sisters, Delma Schaefer, Frances Braden, and Minnie Hopkins; her five grandchildren, Bill Black (Dawn), Cathy Hammond (Jason), Mike Black, Chad Walkup (Michelle) and Michael Bisbee; eight great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She loved all of you, and will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held for Ina on Wednesday at noon at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home, at 4400 Bardstown Road in Louisville. Visitation will be from 4-8PM on Tuesday at the Funeral Home. Interment will be in Resthaven Memorial Park.
