Iona Howell Buczkowski passed away Saturday, June 04, 2011. She was a raised in Buffalo, KY, retired from the Internal Revenue Service, a member of Cathedral of the Assumption. She was preceded in death by her husband; Carl Buczkowski.
She is survived by her half-brother; William L. Davenport of California, her cousins; Mary Edna Cissell, Tom Cissell, and Mary Smith, of Floyd Knobs, IN, who has cared for her.
Services to celebrate Iona life will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday by, Father Bill, in the chapel of Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Ave. with private entombment at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Thursday.
