Moseley, Jack B. “Poppy”, 74 of Louisville passed away October 22, 2012. He was born October 10, 1938 in McHenry Kentucky to Rufus and Mary Jane Moseley who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his loving wife of 33years Elizabeth, five brothers and three sisters. Jack left behind to cherish his memory his daughters Tammy Moseley, Lisa Davis (Joe) and Tracey McMillen (David), grandsons DJ McMillen, Matthew, Ben and Nick Davis, sisters Juanita Givens and Irene Chinn and many nieces and nephews. A service honoring the life of Jack will be held Thursday at 12 noon at Evergreen Funeral Home with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
