Jack Westfall Sr., 84, of Louisville, passed away January 31, 2018. He was retired from Harshaw Chemical Company. He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, was a Mason, and a Shriner. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jeanette Westfall; brother, Curtis Westfall Jr.; and sisters, Helen Lighton, Genevieve Montgomery, and Anita Cecil. Survivors include his children, Jack L. Westfall Jr. and Diana Hazelwood; grandson, Cody Hazelwood; brother, Donald Westfall(Georgetta); sister, Laverne Frankum; and many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 10am Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Bethlehem Baptist Church 5708 Preston Hwy Louisville, KY with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8pm Friday at Evergreen Funeral Home. Memorial donations can be made to Bethlehem Baptist Church or Hosparus.
