Jack L. White II, 55, passed away at his home in Louisville, KY Tuesday, December 21, 2021. He was born in Fort Ord, California on September 15, 1966.
Jack was an industrial maintenance manager for Quickrete and an Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife Melissa Oliver White; a son, Jack L. White III; a daughter, Alisha White (Daniel Bissegger); a sister, Sherri White (Jim Silveira); and grandchildren Noah, Harmony, Ally, Layla, and Arielle.
A memorial gathering will be held from 2-6 pm Thursday, December 30th, at Arch L Heady & Son Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Blvd.
