Born to the late Jack and Gloria Cornatzer, Jackie is also preceded in death by her loving husband, Claude "Junie" Routt; and her aunts, Rosiland Morris and Mary Berridge.
Here to carry on her memory are her daughters, Tammy Tyree (Terry), and Robin Wilhelm (Mike); her granddaughters, Be'bhinn Tyree and Claire Tyree; her brother Dale Cornatzer (Ellen); her nephews, Anthony Phillips, Jacob Cornatzer, and Benjamin Cornatzer, and their families; and her adored miniature schnauzers, Brandy and Lilly.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM, at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky, 40218. Jackie will be laid to rest privately in Resthaven Memorial Park.
