James “Jimmy” Anthony Aubuchon, 61, passed away on April 28, 2019. He was born on January 11, 1958, to the late James and Patricia Aubuchon. He is survived by his spouse, Mary Jo Aubuchon; former spouse and mother to his daughters, Diane Flener; daughters, Rita Hillard (Andrew) and Stephanie Vessels (Shawn); grandchildren, Adriana “Adri” (Larry), Wanda “Wa Wa”, Allison “Hoody”, Devin “Dev”, Justin “JM”, and Ava Marie “Avie”; great-granddaughter on the way, Adalyn Grace “Addy”; sisters, Mary St. Clair, Marsha “Honey” Brice, and Melinda Aubuchon; his faithful dog, Fancy Mae; and many nieces and nephews. Jimmy was preceded in passing by his brother, Jesse Aubuchon. He was an avid NASCAR fan. He loved music and was a drummer in his younger years. He loved writing poetry and just being outdoors. His Punkin and Punkin Girl will miss him greatly. Visitation will be held at the Arch L. Heady at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Road, on Friday, May 3, from 2 to 6 PM. A service to celebrate his life will follow visitation, at 6 PM, in the funeral home chapel. Memorial contributions may be made in Jimmy’s honor to the American Cancer Society.

Jimmy was always a good friend to me and my family and will be missed very much because he always made you laugh and was a fun person to camp out with and to go to the races with we will miss him dearly

I never met Jimmy but he was my 1st cousin once removed (his father was my great uncle - my grandmother's youngest brother). I live in Louisville and recognized the last name. My condolences to your family. If you ever want to know more about your St. Louis family, let me know. We are getting together in October.
