He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Edward and Claudene Hartlauf, Claude Devine and Helen Boyd.
He is survived by his wife, Amber (Hartwig) Devine; parents, Jim and Diane Devine; twin brother, Claude Devine (Ann); nephew, Claude Devine II; niece, Katherine Devine; mother in law, Serenity Starr; sister in law, Christina Swan (Blake Hemberger); and a host of extended family and friends.
Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 3 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Hwy. Visitation will be from 11 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
