He is preceded in death by his parents Ross and Mary Louise Johnson.
James was an avid fan of cartoons, comic books, and The Beatles.
Left to cherish his memory are his siblings, Chuck Johnson (Karen), Scott Johnson (Carrie), Wendell Johnson, Donna Lynch (Bernie), 17 nieces and nephews and 4 great nieces and 1 great nephew.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday 12 noon at Evergreen Funeral Home with entombment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1-8pm Sunday.
