James was born in Carrollton, Kentucky on October 31, 1963 to Helen and James R. Oliver Sr. Jim was known to be a hard worker and he enjoyed speed skating, unicycling, and acting as an extra in numerous television and movie productions. He was a member of the Dutchmans Lane Token Club.
He is survived by his wife Faith Oliver; sons Larry Brandon Oliver and James Bradley Oliver; step-daughter, Jhohana Marry Cawaling; his parents; his sister Helen Ligman; and grandchildren Finn Ahab Oliver and Ursula Bonnie Belle Oliver.
Cremation was chosen, and no services are planned at this time.
