James F. “Freddy” “Muletrain” Snawder, 69, of Fairdale passed from this life on Sunday August 30, 2015. He was a retired owner operator truck driver, a member of the VFW post 6182 and a navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He is survived by his daughters, Heather Jenkins (Joe), and Cindy Bender (Brian); sons, Michael (Ashley) and Rob Snawder; and 8 grandchildren. A service to celebrate Mr. Snawder’s life will be held at noon Thursday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. Interment with military honors will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
