Walter Williams was born in Louisville, Kentucky on October 24, 1926, to Madge Weigle Williams and J.W. Williams, Jr.
He was a graduate of Male High School and United Television Laboratories School. He was employed by General Electric and Distribupak Services. Walter served in the infantry of the United States Army during World War II.
Walter is survived by his wife of 73 years, Betty F. Williams, and sister-in-law Patricia F. Sanders, along with brother-in- law W. Lee Sanders.
