She is preceded in death by her sister, Linda Brown.
She is survived by her children, James “Duke” Fowler and Joshua A. Fowler (Joanne); grandchildren, Cheyenne, Anna, Arren and Adrien; and her siblings, Jewel Howle, Judy Troy and George Allgood.
Funeral Service will be conducted Noon on Wednesday July 9, 2014 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 10 to 12 on Wednesday at the funeral home.
