Janet Lee Spann, 81, of Louisville passed away Thursday, November 10, 2022. She was born in Louisville to the late Charles and Alma Klein.

Janet was a bus driver for over 40 years for Jefferson County Public Schools. She was also a member of St. Rita Catholic Church and was a lifetime member of St. Rita Booster Club. Janet was an avid fan of The Kentucky Wildcats and The Dallas Cowboys.

Her husband, Bobby Spann and children, Carrie Fordyce and Robert Spann Jr. preceded Janet in death.

Left to cherish her memory are her grandsons, Jeremy Spann(Jennifer) and Robert Spann III(Britney), great grandchildren, Noah, Lynnix, and MacKenzie and a host of other family members and friends.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 11:30am in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home- Okolona, 8519 Preston Hwy. Louisville, Kentucky 40219 with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-8pm at the funeral home.
