She was the former Janice Campbell and a nurse's aide for Shively Animal Hospital. She was preceded in death by a son, Chris Howell. She is survived by her husband, Donald Cunningham; a son, Jeffrey Howell; her father and stepmother, George Campbell (Mary); brothers, Bill, Steve, and Jim Campbell; and a grandson, Ryan. Cremation was chosen. A memorial service to celebrate Janice's life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. The family will receive visitors after 10 a.m. Saturday. Memorial gifts may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research.
