She is survived by her mother, Priscilla Martinez; her father, Justin Crum; two brothers, Joshua and Julius; sister, Janna; grandparents, Siri and Gilberto and Cheryl and Tony; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Jaylyn was known by many but loved by all.
A celebration of Jaylyn's life will be held Tuesday at noon at the O. D. White & Sons Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday, 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
Donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
