Memaw,
There is not a day that goes by that I don't miss you and wish you were here.  I know you and Pepaw met Uncle Joe with open arms yesterday. I know you all are watching over the family, thank you for that  I love you so much Memaw and just want you to know you will never be forgotten. And so I Sit Here Remembering these things I Miss about You,

Mommy Jeanie, I will miss you.  Remember when I first got Jasmine, and you used to say she had a wiggle in her waggle.  I am sure you and your son, my desperately missed husband, and your first husband are happy to see one another, and give your Momma a hug for me.  We will all miss you.

Jeannie I was so saddened to hear of your passing.  I have so many fond memories in my life of you at age 15.  You were this beautiful ray of light and were so full of life.  I will never forget when my brother Johnny saw you crossing the road.  His exact words were,"Betty Lou I am going to marry that woman one day."  Well he definitely got his wish.  You were the love of his life as well as all seven of his children, Betty, Deborah, John, Sue,Mark, Matt, and Joel.  I know for a fact my brother Johnny has been waiting endlessly to be reunited by your side as well as your daughter Deborah and son Matt.  I know you will be watching over everyone and looking down upon us.   We will feel your presence on us with that extra ray of sunshine shining down.  I'm so sorry Betty, John, Sue, Mark, and Joel for your loss.  May you find comfort and peace in your heart knowing heaven gained an angel and she has no more suffering. We are gathered here today in the memory of my mother, Jeanie Tingle, so that together we may acknowledge and share both our joy in the gift that her life was to us, and the pain that her passing brings. In sharing the joy and the pain together today, may we lessen the pain and remember more clearly the joy.

If roses grow in heaven, Lord please pick a bunch for me, Place them in my Mother’s arms and tell her they’re from me.
Tell her I love her and miss her, and when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for awhile.
Because remembering her is easy,  I do it every day, but there’s an ache within my heart  that will never go away.

Hi Memaw, I thought it wouldn’t feel right with me sharing something about you on here, because out of everyone that has posted a memory of you, I was the one that has had less time with you, and it makes me feel like a fraud. But Nana told me I shouldn’t feel this way when even though our time was scarce you’ve known me since I was born so say what you need to. I would only see you on holiday get togethers. Which would round up to about three times a year and as the years went by those three times a year dwindled down. We didn’t talk too much but you were always kind and caring towards me whenever we did see each other and your kindness towards me will never leave my memories. I think it’s amazing that I had the privilege to have called you my great-grandmother of 24 years. And during those last couple of years we discovered our attraction for reading. I gave you a pile of my books and in that pile you found a new favorite author. I recommended you a book I read and the last I heard was that you were enjoying it. I’ll never know if you finished it. You were the first person that I got to share my love for books with. Reading is my connection to you and I will continue to read for you and me because that is how I will express my love for you and will forever be close to you. I love you Memaw and it fills me with love to have known you and happy to have called you Memaw. I’ll surround myself with books just as I hope you’re doing the same. Goodbye Memaw. My beautiful Mom. I have so many memories of you making fruit cake. Our precious moments of laughter and surrounded by good food at our cookie swaps. You chowing down on the store bought nacho cheese and chips will appearing to also guard said nacho cheese and chips at our holiday gatherings. And our time of planting spring flowers on your porch and being in each other’s company. There are so many more cherished moments I have with you that I just can’t seem to recollect as I write this or fit into this 2,000 character box. You leaving us has cracked and shattered my heart. And right now it feels like it will never mend but in due time the pieces will gradually start to find their way back to each other. I love you so much Mom and as you are gone the time shared I have of you will always and forever live on with me. Rest peacefully Mom, your daughter Betty Jean.

My Dearest Memaw ,
You always were my shinning star your smile lite up the room. Words can’t express what you have  done for me but what you left inside of me as I have grown threw the years is my reward. You will be missed dearly Memaw I love you till we meet again…….♥️

My Beautiful Memaw Jeanie Tingle better known as Jeanie Huff earned her wings on 4/26/22.  She was 84 years old and was survived by daughter Betty Ramser and  yahtzee partner son in law Gary Ramser.  Followed  by John W. Huff III, daughter Suzon A. Hough,  son Mark W. Huff and daughter in law Patty Huff, and son Joel  S. Huff.  She had 10 grandchildren, as well and 23 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.  She was so loved and cherished by all who knew her and left a foot print in our hearts and minds forever.  We know you will forever be watching over us as we will forever carry on your memories that no one will ever be able to take away.
