Jeanette was a homemaker and a member of South Louisville Christian Church.
In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, James E. Young. She is survived by a sister, Lois Jackey and nieces and nephews.
Cremation of the remains was chosen.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. A visitation will also be on Wednesday from 12 to 2 pm at the funeral home.
Inurnment of the remains will follow at a later time in Evergreen Cemetery.
