She is preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Linda Kemper.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Blain; and siblings, Charlene Ellis (John) and Roberta Reiter (Mark); sister in law, Barbara Hall (John); brother in law, Donald Blain; nieces, Laura and Lindsey; nephews, John and Matthew; and a host of great nieces, great nephews, extended family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Sunday, January 26, 2025 at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 11 am until the time of the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Blain will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery, 4623 Preston Hwy.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
