Barbara, I am so sorry to hear of Jeff's passing. You shared so many wonderfully inspirational stories about him that I feel like I knew him. I wish I'd had a chance to meet him in person, but now I'll get to meet him in heaven. Please know that I am here if you need to talk or just reminisce. Hugs and love, Wendy

Hugh and Barbara, I am so sorry for your loss! May God comfort you as only He can.

I'm sure Jeff and Brother Jim have had quite a reunion, talking non-stop, and greeting all their other friends and family along the way.

Jeff's apparent love for his sweet grandparents and his love of fishing come to mind.

God blessed us with him; now may He comfort us as we grieve.

Jeff was a great guy! I enjoyed seeing him at Westport Baptist, when I visited with my grandparents ,John and Jean Reese! They loved Jeff! I was able to introduce my children to Jeff, when we saw him on Halloween, giving out candy. My mom often rides the city bus, and she said the last time she saw Jeff he said “I work hard”!! “It’s going to be a busy day”! Well Jeff, Go rest high on that mountain! Your work here on earth, is done! Now you can sing and rejoice with my grandparents, on the streets of gold! Our thoughts and prayers go out to your family! Heaven gained an angel. You will never be forgotten!

Jeff was a GREAT guy. He was funny and serious all in the same moment. He enjoyed life to the fullest extent. We could all learn from his positive attitude. I had the privilege to take him fishing in Destin Fl. My son was along and we caught a HUGE Baracuda. We all 3 fought that fish! Jeff was sooooo proud of our catch. He literally did not stop smiling for hours as he replayed the adventure to the family. His work ethic was unparalleled! I'm blessed to have known him.
