Jeffrey Clay Lykins, 47, of Louisville passed away Saturday February 1, 2014. He was born on November 8, 1966 in Louisville to Clay and Velma Lykins. He was a graduate of the University of Kentucky, a member of Southeast Christian Church and was a teacher with Jefferson County Public School System.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Beth Howard Lykins; a son, Brandon Jeffrey Lykins; parents, Clay and Velma Lykins; a sister, Jennifer Mills (Tim); a niece and several nephews.
A Celebration of his life will be conducted Thursday February 6, 2014 at 10 am at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-8 at the funeral home.
