Jerry was preceded in death by his son Stephen Epley and brother Jeff Epley and is survived by: His loving wife Dale Epley, son Chris Epley, grandson Chase Epley, brother Greg (Barbara) Epley, Step daughter Sherrie (Rick) Mickan, Step granddaughters Marriah (Mike) Lance, Alexandria (Vance) Miller, Dakota Mickan, and 7 great grandchildren.
Jerry was a decorated Army VietNam veteran. He served from 1966 to 1969. He was a member of the Morristown VFW Honor Guard.

A graveside service will be held on October 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Resthaven Memorial Park. Please meet at 1:45 PM in front of the office to proceed to the gravesite together.
