Left to mourn his absence but celebrate his life is the love of his life, Kathy Colegrove Hunt. He is also survived by his daughter and her family, Stacey (Colegrove) Taylor, Kris, Karyssa, Sylena and Shelby; his son Jason and his family, Rebecca and Kaitlyn; and his son, David Hunt and his family.
Jerry’s surviving siblings include Jimmie Sartin (Patty), Sue Winesburgh (Charles), Sonny Hunt (Sharon), and Thelma Colegrove (Jess).
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents Marie Daniels Sartin and David Hunt; his stepfather, Herb Sartin and beloved sister, Sharon Lee Yates Tolbert.
A celebration of Jerry’s life will be held from 2-8 on Friday May 25, 2012 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road.
