He was born in Charleston West Virginia to the late Jennings and Sonia Wallace on April 4, 1955. He served our country in the United States Air Force with pride. Jerry enjoyed cooking and was an avid golfer - he once tried out for the Kentucky Amatuer Golf Tour.
Left to cherish Jerry's memory are his siblings, Dale Wallace Sr.(Kathy), Ruthie Blankenbaker (Mark) and David Wallace (Jean); nieces and nephews, Dale Wallace Jr, Amanda Wallace, Mark Blankenbaker Jr (Ashley), Natalie Blankenbaker, Cody Hall, Shelby Goode; 3 great nieces; several cousins, extended family, and friends.
A memorial gathering for Jerry will be held Thursday, September 19, 2024 from 10:30am to 12:30pm at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Highway, 40219. Following the memorial gathering will be an inurnment at 1:30pm at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, 2501 N Dixie Blvd, 40160.
