Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 65 years, Janetta Shain Douglas; daughter, Mary (Gary) Hay; son, Jesse Frank (Tami) Douglas, Jr; grandchildren, Katherin L Hay, Victoria (Larry) Watts, Michael Guillen; dear friend, Juana Guillen; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
