She was retired from General Electric.
Jessie was preceded in death by her son Roy Lee Muncy.
Survivors include her daughter Anita Gilbert; brothers John Muncy (Margie), Phillip Muncy (Donna); sister Shirley Burgin; grandchildren TJ and Aaron Folden and Sherrity and Gracie Edenstrom; 2 great-grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M. Saturday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Okolona. Burial Highview Cemetery, Chaplin,KY. Visitation Saturday 10:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
