Mrs. Parks was a longtime member of Brookview Baptist Church and a retired employee of the old Stewarts Dry Goods Company.
Jessie is preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Harry Parks Jr.; and daughter, Donna Sue Mc Lemore.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Roseann Francis, Robert L. Parks (Judy) and Harry M. Parks (Angie); grandchildren, Roxann, Daryl, Robert, Jesse, Jason, Jerrod, and Aaron; and four great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday at noon at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 2-8 p.m. Sunday and after 10 a.m. Monday until the time of the service.
