Survivors include his wife, Mary Sprowles; five children, Deborah Petty (Don), Pamela Kai Linz (Doron), Michael Sprowles, Sandra Bolden (Wendell) and Greg Sprowles (Kelly); 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be private for family at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, with Military Honors. Arrangements are under the care of Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home at Westport Road. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Brooklawn Child and Family Services.
