Born to the late Everett Lanham and Josephine Heinzmann, Jo Ann is preceded in passing by her first husband, William Earl Mattingly; her second husband, George W. Greenwell; daughter Vicki Mattingly West; two sisters and three brothers.
She is survived by her daughters, Donna Leonhardt (Doug), Diane McGrew (Bill), Linda Reindl (Mike); her sister, Florence Ernst; and a host of loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 12:00 pm on Friday, July 9, 2021 at St. Martin of Tours, 639 S. Shelby Street, Louisville KY 40202, with burial to take place in St. Stephen's Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hosparus of Louisville, Cystic Fibrosis, Make A Wish Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
