Joe M. Armor, 92, of La Grange, passed away August 30, 2019. He was retired from LG&E. Joe was a Scottish Rite member and a 32nd degree Mason.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Katie Armor; his wife, Sara Joyce Armor; and his siblings, Martha Calloway and Charles Armor. Left to cherish his memory are his stepdaughter, Denise Remines(Fred); stepson, Dennis Stevenson(Tammy); friends and caretakers, Mary and Ron Tingle; sister-in-law, Deanne Armor; and several grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 2pm Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Evergreen Funeral Home with entombment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 12pm-2pm Wednesday. Memorial donations in Joe's memory can be made to Hosparus.

Joe was always so kind to me after he purchased my family's farm. He would let me walk around the farm and feed his horse Lucy. I will miss him.
