John Terrill Hohman

Terry was born on August 7, 1943. He was preceded in death by his parents, Amy Alice Hohman (Boydston) and Joseph Jacob Hohman of Pittsburg, Kansas. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Sara Elizabeth Hohman, and his granddaughter, Dakota Maze Hohman.

Surviving Terry are his daughter, Jennifer Amy Hohman, his son Joseph Terrill Hohman, and beloved granddaughter Madeline Elizabeth Hohman. Other family members are Sally Cangiano Guarino, of Nellysford, Virginia, and Dominick Cangiano of Agoura Hills, California.

Terry graduated from Culver-Stockton College in Canton, Missouri. He continued his education at George Washington University in Washington, DC, where he received his PHD. Terry loved his family at First Christian Church of Louisville and was an active member for decades. On September 12, 2019, he was commissioned as a Stephen Minister. Through his commitment, training, and commissioning, he was prepared to minister to the congregation and community members who might be struggling with life difficulties.

Terry was a healer, a teacher, and a man of God.
